Your map won't work till You've set the recommended player number to two at least! ![]() Use a version number in the map name! If You make changes after You've released Your map other players will not be able to join Your game.ĭon't forget the map description - at least the recommended level and number of players are important. Name Your map! Some people do forget about this. See that any area is accessible - warriors cannot teleport. Place shops and churches (saving points). It's said that too much details may cause much lag - avoid this if possible. In the beginning try to create small maps.ĭon't place too much monsters - the players will need a chill-out place. ![]() The level editor can open and save any file in any directory but to play a map it must be placed in Your RoM directory and named with an ".ALM" suffix.
